SHIPPING POLICY
Ro Z's does not ship outside of the USA. We ship within the 50 States, and HI and PR may cost extra in shipping. Ro Z's takes pride in the high quality products shipped to customers, and advises customers choose UPS Ground for guaranteed shipping. While USPS is an option, please be aware of delays with deliveries, and advise us with special instructions in the notes section. We process orders within 1 to 2 business days, and ship via USPS unless otherwise notified. We do not offer returns on food products, including the edible glitter. If a product is damaged, we will be happy to replace it. If, for any reason, you have not received your order or have a problem with your order, please contact us immediately at info@rozsweetartstudio.com. For orders from our affiliate partners (not Ro Z's branded products), please contact us with any shipping issues within 5 business days. Affiliates will honor replacement for damages.
Return & Exchange Policy
For returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase, please contact us at info@rozsweetartstudio.com. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the consumer. We are not responsible for return shipping to our affiliate partners or to Ro Z's Sweet Art Studio. Contact us immediately if your order is damaged by the carrier. Product returns may incur a 20% restocking fee.
